Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• International Shipping: 7-10 working days (depending on destination)

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly first. We will still do our best to assist where possible.

We are not responsible for stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
