The website is owned and operated by Chapall Boutique. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Chapall Boutique. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colours and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time without notice.
When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. This will not affect orders already placed.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the item is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Payment
We accept payment via debit/credit cards, PayPal. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 3-5 working days
International: 7-10 working days
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7-14 days. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy

All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall be limited to the total price paid for the product.

If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
